Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of return and refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. In keeping with KOGOk’s aim to ensuring customers satisfaction, this return and refund policy, together with the terms of uses at set out KOGOK’s s procedures and policies in accepting product cancellations before the product is delivered to a customer, product returns once a product has been delivered customer after purchase from KOGOK’s platform., Any return or cancellation of products by customers shall be governed by and subjected to the terms and conditions set out under this return and refund policy. Customers are required to understand the terms and conditions of return and refund policy.

Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  • If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

Terms of Return/ Refund replacement

For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.


Toys: various toys

7 days from the date of delivery – as long as the product is returned in its original packaging along with the guarantee card and manuals (if any), and all the protective coverage is intact.

Non Refundable

KOGOK shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any of the following Products: 

Lingerie, innerwear, and swimwear.( Non-Returnable Items like lingerie/socks/inner-wear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide full refund or replacement if available.)

  • Cosmetics
  • Personal Care: Oral Care (Toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes etc.);
  • Feminine Hygiene (Sanitary Pads, Panty Liners, Menstrual Cups )
  • Shaving and Hair Removal (Men’s Shaving – Razors, Blades, Shaving Foams, Brushes etc.; Men’s Beard Care – Beard Oil, Beard Serum etc.).
  • Women’s Hair Removal – Wax Strips, Creams, Razors etc.).
  • Household Cleaners (Toilet Cleaners, Floor Cleaners, Hand washes, Tissues), Air Fresheners (Sprays, Gels) etc.
  • Deodorants and perfumes
  • Fashion Jewelry.
  • Socks and stockings.

KOGOK Replacement Policy

KOGOK items and few Seller Fulfilled items are eligible for free replacements. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.

Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • The received Item is physically damaged;
  • The received Item has missing parts or accessories.
  • The received Items different from their description on the product detail page on KOGOK
  • If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
